(Organizational Session) High-level Committee on South-South Cooperation, 22nd session.




The Organizational Meeting of the 22nd Session of the High-level Committee on South-South Cooperation will elect the Bureau of the 22nd session.

1. Adoption of the agenda of the organizational meeting.
2. Election of the President of the twenty-second session.
3. Election of officers other than the President.
4. Adoption of the agenda of the twenty-second session and organization of work

The Thematic Discussion of the 22nd session, under consideration by the Bureau of the High-level Committee, is "Accelerating the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development: South-South Cooperation as a Driver for Transformation". The discussion will focus on the role of Science, Technology, and Innovation, including the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence, in addressing global development challenges and accelerating SDG achievements.
